How early should we book you?
There are obviously busier times of the year than others. I take some bookings 2 years in advance and some last minute. A good rule of thumb is to book as early as possible.
Does booking require a deposit?
To confirm the booking, a non refundable deposit of %30 for services will be required. In case of a possible cancellation on the part of the client, we will retain the deposit as damages.
What will your DJs wear?
The dress depends on the event and on your wishes. Anything from a formal tuxedo, suit & tie to a floral shirt & shorts, depending on your attire request.
Will the music be really loud?
We strive for the best possible sound at the appropriate level. During dinner, the music will sound great even at a lower level, and during dancing a more intense full sound directed toward the dance floor.
Do you provide backup equipment?
Yes, backup equipment is an important part of our DJ systems.
Do you provide rental equipment services?
We can provide all the equipment you need for the best price in Sydney, including delivery, set-up, and collection as standard.
Do you provide services in other states if required?
We cover all the New South Wales and selected parts of the Australia.
Do you accept credit card for the payment?
Yes, we accept credit cards as well as cash for payment.
Are your DJs able to play international music?
Our DJs play all kind of music of your choice, including PERSIAN, ENGLISH, AFGHAN, ARABIC, TURKISH, KURDISH, ASSYRIAN, ARMENIAN, BOLLYWOOD, and more…
How long does the Dj need to setup?
If you only request a Dj and you have your sound and light equipment setup, your DJ will arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
If you book a Dj with full package, our staff will set up 1-2 hours in advance, then your DJ will be present 15-30 minutes before the event starts.
Would you take song requests?
Yes, if you have any specific suggestions, you need to inform the DJ at least 2 weeks in advance. No requested songs shall be accepted 1 week before the event starts. NOTE: For special or public events (e.g. Concerts, Clubs, Festivals, expos, 13 Bedar, Chaharshanbeh souri, Nowruz, etc) the DJ shall have full autonomy over music selection.
Would the deposit be refundable?
Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. In case of possible cancellation from the client, the DJ will keep the deposit as damages.
Do you refund deposit for COVID-19 related cancellations?
If the event was cancelled due to Covid restriction by the NSW government, there will be no refunding, rather you will be given credit value for 6 months effective from the date of such restriction are in place. You might also wish to reschedule your event for another more convenient time.
